Frequently asked questions
Who is Doc2Pet for?
Independent, locally owned groomers, veterinary clinics, trainers and boarding businesses. Doc2Pet is not designed for franchises or national chains.
What happens if a client doesn't show up?
Under the Doc2Pet default policy, you keep the deposit. Each business can set its own cancellation policy, which clients see before they book. If you don't set one, the default applies: clients who cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before the appointment get their deposit refunded or moved to the new time automatically; if they cancel later or don't show up, the deposit is yours. If you cancel or decline, the client always gets the full deposit back.
Can each groomer or vet have their own calendar?
Yes. Add each person as a specialist with their own services, prices and hours. Requests go to the person the client picked, or to you.
How do I get paid?
Payments are processed by Stripe and paid out to your own Stripe account, connected to your bank.
What does it cost after the free months?
One plan for your whole business, covering up to 5 specialists, at the price shown for your country in Pricing. Need more than 5? Contact us. Cancel anytime before month 4 and you won't be charged.
